Traveling as Couple
Beds were uncomfortable, tried to get an extra pillow and was told. The staff was not available to get me one. Shower was either scalding or ice cold and the tub had several cracks. Business Traveler
The breakfast and staff were great, but the room very bad, there was a moldy cup on the floor, the drapes hang on top the heater, the dresser was broken and the handle was hanging off, there was a crack in the top of the heater. The shower made a horrible noise when I turned in on for like 5 minutes before it would stop. There was a place for drawers below the coffee maker but 3 of them were missing. Business Traveler
Overall the hotel was just OK. The room was clean, but the mattress was very uncomfortable. The door was hard to get into, but was not something that was that much of a problem. The breakfast was good and filling. Consequently, I will probably not return to this hotel because of the lack of comfort of the bed. I really liked this hotel. It was clean, safe, and quiet. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Breakfast until 11 a.m. was a nice touch, as well as complimentary cocktails in the evening. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again, given the chance. ...read more
